Coins best for trading only?

Ok i been looking at perhaps purchase more coins. seems some are only good for trading
and some good for holding

So looking at this list
Bitcoin Cash
Bitcoin Gold
Syscoin
Hemp coin
IOTA
CLAMS
Dogecoin
NuBits



I am thinking maybe top 3 be ok to just trade?

IOTA good for hold and trade?

Your thoughts on rest of my list and others? or you think some i should stay away from?

In this moment , but actuall already for 6 months at least, one of the best coins for trading has proven to be EMC2.

IOTA is one of the best altcoins that are on the market right now, but you should know that they have hyped this coin at 100000%

The price is unreal, it went from $0,08 to more than $4,70 and you should know that, iota would not be bullish forever.

You should try to find another coin

And for trading? It is not profitable anymore, just hold, that is the only way that you could earn some money without risking it all.

so your saying its not worth to make more $ by trading anymore? other then just to gain other coins you can buy straight out?
