Hey Guys,
Been trying to help a friend out who bought into the PreSearch ICO. He has his tokens in the web based myetherwallet.com. The tokens are traded on the hitbtc exchange.
Problem is when we try to transfer the tokens to the exchange it does not work. The transfer is initiated we get a tx id. We can check the tx immediately after we send it, and the 'check tx' button returns that the transfer is found but just needs to be mined.
Then about a minute later the tokens are back in the wallet and the TX ID returns nothing.
We initially thought it was due to not enough gas for the transfer but setting a gas limit of 250000 still results in the same result.
I have transferred many coins to exchanges but this is my first ether token experience so I am kinda stuck on how to help this guy, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
