You've hit it big with Bitcoin. REALLY BIG. You saw it coming while others were doubting and laughing at you.

Yet you laughed all the way to BIG PROFITS. Congratulations.

Why settle for less? You want MORE.

Why? Because you have VISION and Courage. Take it further to the NEXT LEVEL.

With all the fun, benefits/perks attached to that included, OF COURSE.

So what is the next creatively logical step?

BUY YOUR OWN MANSION IN "BITCOIN PARADISE": Punta del Este URUGUAY.

Punta del Este is St Tropez/Monaco meets Switzerland/New Zealand.

Many Bitcoin Startups are settling in Uruguay, to name one of the most important, BTCGLOBAL Uruguay (www.btcglobal.net) / (www.btc.uy) in Montevideo, which will encompass the whole of Latin America's Bitcoin financial services industry.

Uruguay is a Safe jurisdiction, low to nonexistent crime, extremely high civil liberties (personal consumption of drugs is overlooked, not penalized, even the government started talks to fully legalize marihuana production), great for Banking (Banking secrecy) with a high ratio of deposits vs loans in their Banking system. You can have both US Dollar and Local Currency denominated accounts. US Dollars are widely accepted everywhere both in small and big businesses, and lots of exchange houses if you ever need one. Reputable Stock Brokerages are abundant for you to manage your investments.
And most importantly, NO BIG BROTHER watching your back.

The judicial system is independent, with a strong defense on private property, defending the interests of foreign investors. Same law applies to locals/citizens of Uruguay and foreigners. Plus, it is a low tax jurisdiction, and you only pay income for activities with an economic origin based in Uruguay.

In Punta del Este you have plenty of international hotel/casinos, for example the Conrad Hilton, which hosts the most exclusive year end private parties. All the beautiful people including international celebrities flock to Punta del Este during the summer (because its winter in the northern hemisphere)  to participate in lavish celebrations in style. Champagne, models and bottles come with the prestige, even some times for FREE. Sexy, classy, rich and beautiful Brazilian girls from the wealthy south escape here as well to party.
Many of them including other varied international investors own sizable amounts of property here. Lots of outdoors activities and endless beach coasts blended with pine tree forests. Nature abounds, no pollution. The setting and the people are comparable to European beach resorts. International DJs and electronic music parties on the beach until the sun comes up abound as well during the season. For those who love sailing there's a huge Yatch club with many luxurious yachts and catamarans, can hook you up with a membership and do some sailing lessons, rent boats for private parties, etc. It also has its own international airport and many local airfields as well.

WHAT IMPORTANT THINGS CAN YOU DO IN BITCOIN PARADISE?

- Get Uruguayan residency so as to pay no income on overseas generated economic activity (like receiving interests or dividends from overseas investments). After 5 years you can opt for Uruguayan citizenship as well to have a second passport for traveling, if your actual citizenship allows it.

- Get in conversations with casinos for them and their VIP customers to start accepting Bitcoins and reduce their processing fees, hassles, of counting, handling and safekeeping physical cash. Very interesting and profitable market. Casinos make up a very interesting part of the country's economy.

- Even if you can't enjoy the wonderful experience of summer in Punta del Este, you can rent the Mansion for a total income of U$S 50,000 during the tourist summer season (3 months) -and if they pay in Bitcoins, it is unlikely that the government can get taxes on that- Demand is ULTRA HIGH during Christmas and New Years Eve, there are no hotel spots anywhere, zero vacancy.

- During the non-tourism months you can rent the mansion for STARTUP Ventures, which are abundant in Uruguay. The government has made an official policy to educate its people in information technology skills such as programming, since its a small country, they want to diversify from their banking expertise to other economic activities which will spur job creation.
You can give advice to the startups and ask them for a stake in their company. Opening up a company and a related bank account for them is very easy and fast, no bureaucratic procedures for that.
You can also, taking advantage of your tech-savvy, do lectures in it, host special events -whether related to technology or not-, and cash in on that - EXTRA INCOME during the non-tourist season months!

- There is an extra non-zoned terrain adjacent to the MANSION that can be used to build an R&D institute, whether exclusively for your high tech ventures or for students in general. And you will get a lot of tax breaks from the government to to that. With a very little investment!

- You are located in an offshore jurisdiction very close to Buenos Aires, Argentina which is a hotbed of Bitcoin frenzy due to capital controls and restrictions to buy US Dollars. You can make business with them isolated from the risks of Argentine jurisdiction but making fluid businesses with them. It is a mere 4 hour trip by Bus/Ferry combo or a short 45 minute plane ride!

ABOUT THE MANSION

- Low key and in a PRIVATE relaxed location yet luxurious and close to the beach and all the fun and thrill seeking you desire!

- 3 miles (about 5km) away from Punta del Este Center, where there are small shops to cater your every need, even luxury stores like Louis Vuitton. The way to the mansion is paved by the seaside road with magnificent views of Playa Mansa beach with its tranquil waves and Gorriti Island, where Cruises dock.

- 5 blocks from the beach, secluded in an area of tranquility, located in a pinetree forest like setting, with no distraction and total relaxation (no traffic)

- 5 block radius from major roads which lead to downtown and "interstate"

- 5 blocks from a major supermarket where you can find all sorts of imported goods from any place in the world, no homesickness of food.

- 2 stories high, 5,400 sq ft (500m2) Mansion.
- 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (the master bedroom bathroom has a Jacuzzi)
- 1 complete separate dependency for live-in butlers/maids with its bathroom.
- Long driveway, Garage with a 4 car capacity
- Radiant central heating,
- Comfortable furniture and decor, high touch finishings, oakwood staircase, balcony
- Small business desk
- Marble rock floors
- US appliances (General Electric) Refrigerator, Washing machine, Dryer
- Living Room and Dining Room
- Indoor Barbecue with another Dining Room
- Lounge Area
- Olympic Size Pool
- 32,000 sqft  (3000m2) pine tree garden with exotic plants, great for big dogs, other exotic animals
- Extra 10,700 sqft virgin terrain lot to build a tennis court, or another building/house of two stories max.

and the most important thing...

I ACCEPT BITCOINS.

ANONYMITY: You can send your designated real estate broker to do an inspection and take photographs for yourself or come by without an introduction with my broker to inspect it yourself, with no introduction needed. The house is under the name of an Uruguayan company so you can purchase its shares and nominate them in your favor and/or add an extra layer of protection by nominating them in another company's/trust name (like BVI/Seychelles or New Zealand/Cook Islands trust). No extra deed/tax fees paid to the government for the purchase!

SAFETY: We can designate several reputable Bitcoin exchanges or Bitcoin holding institutions to act as Escrows for the BTC balance when the shares are signed in your favor, in front of a lawyer and a public notary. No need to transfer balance upfront.

FINANCING: Uruguayan banking system is robust with many multinational banks and if you have a solid economic position besides Bitcoin, can set up a mortgage for you at low rates, take advantage of this before Bernanke and the FED jack up the rates!

Asking price is: U$ 2,000,000 (Two million U.S. Dollars) to be paid into Bitcoin at an weighted average market ask price at the time of deal settlement.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. I will accept some questions from general public however for further details and start of negotiations I will accept a transference of a very small, random amount of BTC that I will select in the moment, from wallets that have a balance of at least Bitcoins equivalent to U$ Dollars 500,000 (five hundred thousand), either in one or in combination (up to 5 wallets).

So what are you waiting for? Make your BITCOIN dreams come true in Punta del Este, the BITCOIN PARADISE.

I don't know about Uruguay being so good for Bitcoin.

Quote
The relationship between the United States and Uruguay is strong. The two countries share important values, including a commitment to democracy, rule of law, sound economic policies, strong labor rights, environmental protection, investment in people, the desire to see the peaceful resolution of disputes between nations, and a commitment to the multilateral system

The U.S.-Uruguay Joint Commission on Trade and Investment has focused on six areas: customs issues, intellectual property protection, investment, labor, environment, and trade in goods. The two countries have signed an Open Skies Agreement, a bilateral investment treaty, a trade and investment framework agreement, a science and technology agreement, and a memorandum of understanding on renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Uruguay and the United States belong to a number of the same international organizations, including the United Nations, Organization of American States, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and World Trade Organization.

Regarding Uruguay having good relationships with the U.S., its a given, both countries promote free trade and free markets.
However, banking secrecy is non-negotiable. And the Uruguayan banking system is not on the U.S. target because most of its customers are from Argentina and Brazil. Either way your corporation could open your bank account for you, so as not to fall into the jaws of FATCA.

Looking forward for inquiries of serious prospective buyers, regards

Not posting photos seems a bit shady and possibly indicative of a scam. People won't take you seriously until you post photos.

I have come to some knowledge through important connections that the French have plans to demolish the Eiffel Tower. Of course you will be well versed in the value of so much steel when sold as scrap and I am looking for a reliable partner through whom I may sell said parisian eyesore. I accept Bitcoins.  Thank you, Your brother in arms.

Not asking for any kind of deposit, just a very small number of bitcoins from the wallets where the amount(s) is (are) held.
I.E. transfer 0.000459 BTC from different wallets that hold USD 500,000.

You don't have to reveal your true identity until serious negotiations start, for your safety.

Your privacy and safety are very important to me, so is mine. Thank you everybody for any constructive criticism / suggestions.

It is smart not to post the GPS coordinates. One of the great things about Punta is the houses have names and not street addresses.

As far as proving funds so you know someone is a qualified buyer; why not allow for a signed message? Surely you are not that much of a Bitcoin noob if you are going to be holding $2m worth of bitcoins. And the signed messages function was created precisely for uses like this. It can easily be done using brainwallet.

And for anyone else wondering about Punta; it is a ton of fun during Dec-Feb. And a $2m mansion will rent for probably $50k per month for those three months. So you can rent it out for three months and live in it the rest of the rainy year.

Also, why not list it on Bit Premier?

Do you want a third-party non-entity bitcoin escrow? We're only talking about 20,000 bitcoins right?

Coordinates = privacy issues.
Photographs = should be taken by any camera, then cleaned up of exif data before uploading.

What do you mean by "privacy issues"? Unless he is selling his grandma's house without her knowing...
The next owner could post the coordinates, right? So everyone would know it was that house that was sold. What's the big deal? OTOH, this guy is selling something and asking to see my money without even showing what he is selling. Privacy my ass.
