Is Etherecash a SCAM?

Some websites like STEEMIT shows etherecash ICO as a SCAM, not sure if that is true. I was exploring this coin to find out details on google.
By reading their whitepaper does not look like a scam, the vision appears to be good. Anyone senior out there who can shed some light?

Any ICO which is out now is going to be scam, they're trying to prey on your money in a time where the Bitcoin price is insanely high (alongside other altcoins at ATHs) where they're going to be able to make some quick, and BIG money fast. Any ICO that uses the normal term of revolutionzation of banking, is without a doubt not going to do such thing in the least nor at all.

Maybe less of a scam and more of a project that'll never happen. This'll be a trading coin and thats all.

A scam is a fake project. They have no company, or a (real) team. Have a poor whitepaper with a lot of water in it. Look at the idea of the project, look for it's advisors interviews on youtube and you will understand if its a scam or a real project.

I think etherscan is not a scam.
Perhaps recent etherscan frequent improvements.
but now etherscan has been normal.

It says etherecash, not etherscan. Next time try wearing your glasses while reading.

Even if I were already getting convinced to invest in this project, this dumb and badly written post as quoted supporting this etherecash would've woken my consciousness that it is a scam.
