I noticed there is no reasonably helpful thread for Kin. I think it is an undervalued project with some really strong partnerships. Kin is the token that will be used for the Kin Rewards Engine (KRE). KRE will reward developers who contribute to the adoption of the Kin ecosystem. Kik currently has a team of about 30 people working on the Kin project. Kik will be using Kin as its in-app token, while trying to become the 'WeChat of the West'. Much of the information is unreleased, but it looks like it is tightly connected with some pretty big projects. Kik also has existing partnership with Starbucks, Sephora, and tons of other retailers. These are people who have an existing large, 15M, userbase and are really trying to bring crypto to the masses. They are also being advised by their investors who include Pantera and Blockchain Capital.

http://docs.aws.amazon.com/lex/latest/dg/kik-bot-association.htmlVolume is curiously low for a project that is pretty much the sole focus of a billion-dollar chat app. Volume is usually <100k USD
