As they say, first impression is a big thing and tells a lot; even in job interview you're judged by that and contributes to the probability of you getting hired.

I know that for some reason you can't just run a campaign management if you are not Sr. Member but if Mahirap is going to deliver a good quality of managing a campaign why not give him a chance, plus there's a lot of user running a management even though they are still newbie.

Yea, I think they must put an rules when it comes to managing an campaign but, think of it most of the new campaign managers today are newbies or alt accounts. It's for  the companey to decide if they are going to take my service or not.

There are no needed rank just to manage a campaign. It will and always depend on the compayney if they would get you as their manager for the campaign.
