We're developing an exchange but we need to find a bitcoinfriendly place to stablish the company. We have just seen this
http://www.coindesk.com/hmrc-uk-bitcoin-exchanges-dont-have-to-register-under-money-laundering-regulations/
and we're seeking for help in the uk to start the business.

Anyone? Cheesy

Sounds like a good idea, as it seems that there is little competition at the moment.

a bitcoinfriendly place

What do you mean?

If you want to do business in the UK, you need to register a company there, and open a bank account there, no matter where you are. Are you in the UK, or are you looking for someone to do that for you?

It has nothing to do with money laundering, it is about making the British people that you plan to do business with, feel safe.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.
