I have problems with my mining rig. I have been searching previous posts and googling it but coudn't find a solution.

I have mining rig with 3x p106-100 and 3x GTX 1060 3gb. With H81 Pro BTC R2.0 and 550w PSU which has 2x P106-100 + MOBO connected to it and 700w which has other 4 GPUs connected to it.

I get the following error:

I tried switching the psu back and forth, I tried to run only 1 gpu which was not working and it worked normally alone. Of course I reinstalled drivers with cleaning them with DDU before.
I swapped the raiser with second GTX 1060 and the problem wasn't gpu. It might be raiser but when I tried that raiser and one card it worked.

What should I try more? Any tip would be helpful!

Forgot to tell...This happens straight away when Claymore tries to set up DAG file for that GPU.
