Not all projects can improve in the future, if you believe in the team of this project that you want to invest in and the goals of the team and that the project is still early in the market and the project token has not been pumped before, so if you are not patient and if you do not hold the tokens of this project for at least a year, then you will You lose the opportunity for the token to reach a new ATH, so patience is the key to success.

patience will give us everything, we got the dips and peak price if we wait price as our order. some project will gonna die in near or long term ,it depend on developes team building project. alot dev teamdidnt give good progress in their MVP,meanwhile price already pumped. so by taking decision wait or sell could be dillema for us. sometimes by holding our token didnt give return, meanwhile selling it first and then rebuy in dip will give us. holding token till reach ATH was not easy  job, our mental and pschology will played by whales till we give up.

indeed buying at this time is profitable because the price is being heavily discounted, but the 2 year timing I don't think is the right guarantee, because it took 4 years to be bullish before. but indeed no one knows if it will come sooner or later. therefore patience is needed to hold it until you get a big profit. but we have to do the right coin selection so we don't have to wait in vain
