There is some good app you can use in order to improve your english's skills:
- Willingua, you download the app and select your level. After that, you will learn lesson by lesson from the very beginning. It was useful to me...
- Grammarly. Install the Grammarly extension on your web-browser and it begins instantaneously to correct your grammar. It will point out your deficiencies and also send to you a weekly email with the details of your progress. I haven´ t try the premium one, but some friends told me it is great.
Also, it is always useful to watch movies with English subs, as well as reading some books. You can pick child's book for starting because they are easier to read to beginners.

Theres a lot of alternative way to learn english grammar.You can also learn through using google translator, attend english class,or even watching english movies or try to talk daily with english speaking person there slowly you can adapt to their language.

     Reading books, novels, and magazines will help a lot in
improving your grammar. It's a nice thing to do because aside
from enjoying, you also get to learn. Also, watching youtube
videos is great. These stuff are what my youngest brother (at
only 9 yrs of age) have done to be very fluent in english since
they do not have it yet in their curriculum. These are also my
hobbies so I suggest you try it too.

Nowadays it is no longer difficult to improve oneself in every area. Wth the use of internet you will not have to spend money buying learning materials like books, dictionaries and encyclopedias. You just have to be friends with google and google will lead you to what you need. There are even sites wherein you can test how bad or good your grammar is and also how to improve it. There is a lot of reading materials to spend your vacant time with and also communicate with english speaking people.

If your language is spanish there is one youtube channel called "Superholly". She`s a great teacher, and her lessons are so funny you will even not realize you`re studying!! 
If not, I`m sure there are many youtube channels where you can learn properly!! Just search for information on the great internet ocean of knowledge!!

I have to improve my English skills on reading,speaking, writing and grammar because I will apply to master degree soon. We will get some complicated questions for Psychology. For instance;Psychoanalisis, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Family Therapy etc.

I guess, must go on and keep working hard.

also, try some English or Amercian songs and movies or series. It really helps

writing and reading is two different thing, you can read English very well and understand everything but writing is totally different things, honestly I don't know the way to acquire English writing  skill especially grammar because obviously language is tightly tied with culture, so your culture usually transcend into the way you talk/write, what I am doing is trying to immerse myself into English domain speaking culture to gain as much exposure.

Learning grammar is like licking Vod's left tit - it's hard till get the hang of it.
