@exbase

you need to relax, if you know that you are a person who does not have the patience to answer the questions asked by people, then hire someone who has the patience to answer the questions asked by the people, with that attitude you are just pushing people away and This is not something very intelligent.

start by relaxing and respond politely to people's questions, do you want someone to trust you? Do you want people to use your service? then show some humility, education and patience.

You may already know that many governments are imposing regulations and restrictions on people using bitcoin, so I ask you:

once your exchange is anonymous, do you think your exchange will be sustainable in the long term?

Listen to this guy, all you are doing is ruining potential profits. No you would not drive away a mole with this attitude, they would not even bother talking to you about Fee's.

Once you've calmed down why don't you have one of the members that you stated have used your service drop in this thread and vouch for you and then maybe one of us will try it out.

But seriously if you cannot have a intelligent conversation in a business like manner then people are just going to assume you are a child trying to scam them even if that is not true, especially on a moneychanging service!

Believe me when I say we all would like a ATM card to use and you could make a truckload of cash if this is true so do yourself a favor and get some reputable people to vouch for you and start growing your business. An apology would not hurt as well, unfortunately for you everything you have posted is here forever. So you will have to work twice as hard to get trust.

This... exactly, thank you Hueristic!

Good exchange have no fee for removing BTC except the transaction cost which you can choose. You need to put the fee's where they belong as in on the exchange itself not hidden in the withdrawel. And you need to Add Caps (caps as in a fee that does not go over a specific amount) on your withdrawal Fee's

I agree with other things you have said, but what is this? All exchanges I use charge anything from 0.0003 to 0.002 in withdrawal fees.

Hello everybody.  I actually opened an account on exba.se, deposited some btc, and ordered a silver atm card.
Okay, the card came.  I'm waiting for exba.se to send me my pin.  I sent him a personal message asking for one.  Actually, we exchanged more than one pm.  Same kind of behavior you've been seeing in this thread -- use of f-bombs, saying he's drunk...
I haven't sent an email to support at exba.se yet, I thought I'd wait for our sterling comrade to answer my pm.
I suppose I could live with crazy talk and profanity.  It depends on whether I can use this card without getting sheared like a sheep with astronomical fees.
So far:
I sent as little btc as I could in order to get the card.  The silver card requires a balance of at least $400 worth of btc.  So I deposited 0.05 btc when the price was around $8800.
The card came.  According to the paperwork with the card, it has $10 on it.
My account at exba.se now has .03 btc.  They charged me .02 btc for the card.  Makes me wonder how much it's going to cost me to recharge this card, if I actually end up getting to use it.  Navigating around the website, I still don't have the option of recharging the card.  I guess they will activate that when they send me the pin.  I suspect that the exchange rate to convert btc to dollars to charge the card with will have a vig of at least 15%.  Because on the exchange page for converting dollars to btc they take a cut of between 15 and 20 percent.
Edit:  I just now sent an email to support@exba.se, asking them to send me a pin and enable my account so that I can recharge the card.

Thanks, keep us posted please.

well I post instead of him. Maybe he too busy.
He got da PIN. But not used the card yet.

He is right about the % for transfer of BTC to VISA card.
But this change automatically depending on BTC rate.
Right now we take 14% for transfer BTC to VISA card.
And as BTC will go up the percent for transfer will go lower.

Maybe someone can offer better VISA BTC card. With better percentage.
THEN GO FOR IT. Because we are not looking for average joe customers.

Our main users are people who have too much BTC and like to stay anonymous and withdraw anonymous and they have no problems with our transfer BTC to VISA card percentage.

bittrex recently cut off a lot of users claiming they were coming from rogue countries.... they were Spanish, Dutch, British Cheesy they only wanted their money.

But it's good to see there is still people in the Bitcoin community that try to live its core principles. I'm loving the card and I already secured all of my money, nobody should trust bittrex

I can't trust my bank with Bitcoin withdrawals. They could close my account at any given time since they're cryptophobes so this card is really saving my life.

The last months were rough for Bitcoin (advcash and others blocking their cards, bittrex scamming everyone, volatility etc.)

Ditch your bank, get a credit union. They give zero fucks about crypto, at least mine doesn't anyhow.

I've been using the card for a while now and at least for me it's working very well and so far I'm satisfied

@CoinVisits I lost half a grand on bittrex because my account wasn't verified
They only cared about saving face in front of the US government.

I can just say 90% of our customers told us the same story their bank account was frozen because they did bitcoin transactions. AND NOT WITH OUR EXCHANGE. They did bitcoin transactions with the "reputable" ones exchanges. Based in USA/EU. Where you have to send them your ID, your birth certificate, your passport, your grand mammy cake when she had 70 years. These exchanges are responsible for freeze your funds...

WHAT WE DO? We don't ask for your ID or your passport, we don't wanna your mommy photo. We just provide. Anonymously. No questions asked. And there is no way how can they stop our ATM cards. Because we are legit by law in country where we operate.

My card works to withdraw cash from atm's.
Now what I want to know is, does this card work on the Chinese railway website www.12306.cn to buy train tickets?
12306.cn only accepts Chinese cards linked to Chinese banks, or Chinese Union Pay cards.
I'm in Hong Kong now, preparing to get a visa to mainland China and travel there.
Getting the visa to mainland China from Hong Kong involves having proof of travel such as hotel reservations and tickets.  I want to buy train tickets through www.12306.cn to present as documentation for the visa, but I'm probably going to have to cancel the tickets as my travel plans change; I'm really just buying train tickets to get the visa, I expect to cancel the train tickets for refunds.  So I also need to know if the exba.se card also accepts/credits refunds.
It would be nice if this card is tightly integrated with the Chinese financial system and so works the same as a Chinese debit card, because that's needed for the official railway ticketing website.

Our card is classic VISA card. There is no difference for anyone to tell it's a Bitcoin card. But if they not accept VISA, only Union it will not work.
When I was in Hong Kong I tested the cards and they were working in casinos, shops and ATMs. Even refund to the card is no problem.
And why you need visa for China? They have now this 144-hour visa free program. I think after you in China you ask for visa extension there and pay cash. This I assume only because in China I did stay only 3 days. So check with google first.
