Socks Coin, extra value disscussion

Hi guys, in previous topic we asked for your help with the name of a coin - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2376604.100

And with your help we decided to take name - socks coin. 

Few words about us, we are a real factory AURORA BALTIKA(http://www.aurorabaltika.com/en/about-us), mainly we work in Russia and Baltic States, so we decided to create our factory coin - Socks Coin.

We will create only 5 000 000 coins, not much  , and we will buy them back with market value, or if market value will be lower than 1 eur we will be buying it back for 1 eur each.

So we have 2 questions and need your help to get answers on them:

1. We want to give extra value to our coin buyers and decided to create and send special socks with socks coin logo on them to our buyers, but we don't know if people really want to get them? Please answer would you like to get to our socks coin also socks with logo? and if yes, should it be more socks if you buy more coins?

2. We would like to make red line in selling of our coins, the thing is that we collect money to buy new hardware for our factory to decrease costs and increase profit, but we need more than 1 000 000 eur, and what if we get less on ICO? So we decided if we will collect less than 1 000 000 in eur  we will return all money back to owners. What do you think about it?

We have plan B, it is European funds, if we collect at least 300 000 eur, we cam get the rest from European funds.

It will, we are real company with real factory, we have equipment, workers, income. We are not "Fancy" ICO that promise some unreal technologies, we offer people to earn money on real working business
