if you know what you are doing, its more than enough time.
also if you look at the explorer, its still waiting for nodes and there are no trx,  the dev has not released any nodes. so if he was friend of dev, he would have node list.

You don't need masternodes to do the initial blockchain sync. you can have seednodes and sync and mine the chain without any masternodes it just makes mining a pain because everytime a block is mined you ask ALL your peers for a valid masternode to pay.
