I and my team have an ICO and the Sale of tokens starts in March. I would like to know, what is the best day to make an announcement thread about the ICO and a token sale?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

It depends on your team, your project, marketing... I think you should announce your project one month before the ico, but as I said it depends.

Pre-announcement First of all, the company notifies the ownership of Cryptocurrency and its intention to conduct ICO. At this stage, the company makes presentations and explains the project objectives, business model, to be clearly identified. The exact time you can predict, Usually weeks before.

An important part of ICO success is to build a community well before the date. So I would start now, present the project, do "road show", request feedback and build on the original whitepaper. Then, after it already mature, start a bounty campaign. Do you have advisors? They should advise on this.

Considering that you opened this topic I would say that your marketing research is not enough for a cryptocurrency ICO. I would suggest learning a bit more regarding marketing and public relations before doing an ICO announcement, your past works will also affect it.

I think the best way to do it, is prepare the community of your upcoming ICO, and give them a small taste by sharing a video from the site, and a few details as to what the ICO is offering. From there, things will fall into place i guess.

in this period the "standard" is: thread with airdrop->pre-sale->sale with airdrop and pre-sale in one month and main sale in 3/4 weeks

did you and your team create a token or coin ? 1 month before the crowdsale launch is good i think,, so with 1 month you can spread the word about your project

I see some saying two weeks before the sale, that time is simply not enough. You have to have some hype around your ICO so that more people can find out about it. So you have to announce some considerable time before your sale, so that you can have telegram channels and signature campaigns rolling.
