I´m using with my antminer s9 the antpool from Bitmain and received a warning mail from my internet hoster that they detected the mirai virus on one of my devices.
The time from the infection is the same when I´ve connected to antpool. Could it be that the site contains any malware or virus?
I´ve run several anti-virus programs and checked my system also with anti malware programs....with no result of an infection. Sounds strange or?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

sounds like the traffic matched a pattern on there network which triggered the alert.   if your scanned your PC's with several apps than your OK and chalk it up to internet pattern match verse actual infection.

Mirai is a linux based virus. Scanning your PC is completely useless, the virus would be on your antminer if anywhere. Did you put the antminer in your routers DMZ? If you had it connectable to the public then you may very well have the virus on the antminer itself.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Ok...and does the antminer infect other computer in the network and how can I remove it from the antminer? I think there´s no firewall or something else in the antminer os.
Btw. I can not find any data about a virus infected antminer. Sounds crazy.
