Who can do large exchanges $100k to $1M?

As the price goes up and a large percentage of our holdings are in bitcoin many will be thinking about diversifying by buying property or other large ticket items. That may require a third party willing to handle the crypto. Exchanges are fine for a $10K or less, but what if I need $1 million? Is anyone doing these figures now?

It is a service I would be interested in if I can't convince a seller to take bitcoin. Please respond here of PM me if you would like to keep this quiet. I certainly can keep a secret and can understand why you don't want to advertise your ability to buy at that level.

The problem is really about timing even doing $10K a week it would take almost 2 years to buy enough fiat for a $1M property sale. That's just too long.

I could probably help you out, depending on the specific terms you are offering.

I would point out that most major exchanges are equipped to handle a $1 million sale/trade. For example, on Gemini, you can sell 61 BTC at a low price of $16,407, verses a high bid of $16,585, which would net you over a million dollars. Gemini has a $100,000/day ACH limit, however they can wire more money to you for free. That is just over a 1% slippage and Gemini is one of the smaller exchanges (and 1% is probably lower than you would get around here, especially if the buyer would have to wait xx time to get their bitcoin).

I doubt you're in Europe, but here I'd try BL3P.eu (created by Bitonic). It allows me to withdraw 100k euro per day (which, unfortunately, I haven't been close to).

It looks like a larger trade is doable. I'm going to start looking for property to buy in the expectation of higher prices. This spring I will likely be pulling the trigger and contacting some of you to see if you are still interested. If I am extraordinarily luck the seller will take bitcoin directly for the land purchase.
