I don't know this site nor do I trade Eth at all, but there are similar sites to help you picking a fee.

currently the ethereum network I think is overloaded ,, you can try the  gas price  about 60  ,,, or more ,,, but still can not guarantee a fast transaction

Got to agree this is the best site for getting info about the required GWEI you need to attach. It scans the network and tells the average fees which gets most of the transactions confirmed and as per this gives you a range within which your funds will move quite swiftly and securely.

Gas site above is a good recommendation, but to be honest, I have always just used the recommended fee within MyEtherWallet, fired and went. Now I have not really checked how long it takes, but very sure it never takes more than a few hours, even with the network supposedly congested. To be fair, I think I am still mentally always in a state of Bitcoin confirmation, so even 12 hours or more does not feel like a long time to me! Come to think of it, apart from Bitcoin, I never spend any time calculating fees for other alts. They have always confirmed for me quickly.

Give $10 and think about that like a tip if you don't make many transactions or just wait untill the network will be okay if your transaction is not necessary much.

Gas prices for Ethereum transactions differ based on the congestion of blockchain, which means they vary. There are sites that help determine the gas price when generating transactions. Here is this one (I hope I am not breaking any rules for posting links here)

I usually check etherscan.io to see how many pending transacations are there on the netowork (more txs pending means the fee will be higher) and then go over to ethgasstation to see the average number of gwei needed for a confirmation in X amount of time/blocks.

I see a lot of reply that direct you the ethgasstaion.info, however, you need to make sure you have to increase GAS when you are increasing GWEI as well.

Many times, the GWEI on gasstation is outdated and you gotta refresh for the latest info, using an avg out of faster and safer always works good for me and complete transactions under 20 minutes.
