I think the team didn't go thought all the details and didn't plan everything  very good, if I remember correctly they published also marketing campaign, but everything was stopped and postponed, not this uncertainly when and how they will arrange everything, they did the airdrop and collected fast a lot of telegram/drop users.  So hopefully they will share some information about dates.
