Bitcopia went down, Bitinstant went down, and I don't have a BoA within a 100 miles of me. Is still possible to get btc with cash quickly?Huh

Planning on trying to find someone to buy from on the forum here which is why I joined but a little hesitant to trust the average person with my money I would like to do the whole deposit at once (~$1100). Anyone recommend anyone trustworthy, with fair rates, and most importantly QUICK!

Should've mentioned that site in the first post because I do know of it. There are no one offering in my area. I see the cheapest vendors on LocalBitcoins accepts OKPay. Is this how you all do it, because I dont understand it to be honest haha.
