It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

almost all coins and tokens are supported by myetherwallet  as long its an erc20 whether its old or new. though there were some coins that not yet listed on their data base  , that is why you need to add them manually by inputting their corresponding details like contract addreess, token symbol ,etc in order for them to appear on the token/ coin list. also you can still recieve them even if you dont add them manually , you can check them all alternatively in etherscan or etherplorer .

Probably OP needs to understand that MyEtherWallet supports the entire Ethereum blockchain digital assets. This means chiefly, it is an Ethereum wallet, but you can also use it to transact with Ethereum-based tokens (ERC-20). They're called coins sometimes but they all actually run on the Eth blockchain and network.

In fact, any ETH address should be able to receive tokens (since they are associated with that address) but you can use MEW to actually spend them. Any block explorer should otherwise show the tokens owned at your address.

We can't really list all coins suppprted by myetherwallet because there are usually many new coins created under ERC20 and simply those are all supported by myetherwallet which run under ERC20.
Myetherwallet is particularly made to support ethereum network tokens and ether as well. Find a portal where the developer regularly updates list for upcoming tokens. Tokenwhois.com is one of the active tokens list, you can find all at one place with their social media profile details

As far as I know myetherwallet supports every other new erc20 tokens right away, following release. Sometimes they don't add coins rapidly, you can still look for them on chain and see they are sitting.

Most of erc20 tokens listed/ supported by myetherwallet, thats why myetherwallet wallet is the most recommended wallet for erc20 tokens. Even if your token are not listed here you don't need to change or find other wallet, because you can easily add it to custom and wait for it to be listed.

As far as I know, this wallet supports all the tokens released on the blockroom etherium, but I can be mistaken, and most likely there is no exact list because the number of coins is constantly increasing

This wallet supports almost all tokens, and the list is constantly expanding because almost every day a new coin is issued based on the etherium

That is very simple if a token or coin is based on Ethereum blockchain than myetherwallet will be able to keep it. if they are built on other blockchain it cannot keep them as it is compatible only with ethereum tokens

Eth (coin) and ERC20 (Tokens). In Mew wallet you can see a list of tokens right side of the page. and you can use etherscan or ethplorer to discover add other erc20 tokens not listed in MEW.

I see few guys suddenly woke up this thread for saying the same answer again and again bro. Dudes tell you do not have any issues on ERC20 tokens on MEW wallet then why you people unneccesarily bumping the thread when you do not need to reply here.

I advised to the newbie. Please do not wake up the thread when you do not have any query related to that. Please use the Google atleast properly first instead of asking these kind of stupid questions buddy.

Not correct actually, because MEW can operate as well with Ethereum Classic blockchain, which was original one before Ethereum has appeared, and several more blockchains/sidechains e. g.  POA network, so MEW can be used as a wallet for ETC, POA and their tokens too. You can choose one from the list of blockchains or even add custom network in the dialog box in the right top corner of MEW's main page.

MEW will support all coin which is developed under the Ethereum blockchain, if you want you can able to see all the coin listed on the right-hand side, after login in into MEW. Precaution is don't share your private keys with the unknown user.

There's a lot of listed coins that are supported by Myetherwallet and there are a lot of added coins every end of some ICO, why won't you just go to the MEW website and check it for yourself then?

Most new tokens are supported by MyEtherWallet as long as they fall on the category of ERC20, just research on what is ERC20 token and you will get what everyone saying to you.
