in my country bitcoin sales phenomenon is very crowded, because most of the users sell their bitcoin so that the fullness of the transaction so that until queue for several days

which I ask if similar things are also experienced in your country?

In my country, there has not been such a thing happened, because most of the bitcoin transactions are gray transactions (OTC), but there is no law to bind, nothing more.
