Coinhive for Ethereum, Litecoin, Zcash?

I am using coinhive to mine Monero on a website I have and wanted to know if you guys knew of anything similar to mine Ethereum, Litecoin, and Zcash?

Coinhive was easy to implement as all I did was register and add the javascript to my website. Anything that easy for mining the other altcoins?

Never heard of coinhive.

WIthout an ASIC miner though, trying to use something like that on Litecoin isn't going to work worth anything.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
