requirement:
1:have your local crypto currency group with more  fans
2:promote MTNC in your local crypto currency community(not in bitcointalk) including open threads and keep active in your local community ., answer theirs question ,help them to solve the issue
3: open thread in your local language community in bitcointalk and make sure you active enough.
4: translate and repost official articles to your local website
5: actively recommend MTNC to your local exchange or business partners
6: others job we decide together.
