Hi akashark. First of all, you need passionate people behind the project who know what they are doing, with obviously experience in the field.

You need to read the project but i think you will really dont know if that is good because even though all good are not good. You need to choose very well and be carefull always.

There is no ICO tool you can use to filter out the good ICOs to join with,but you can use the old way by searching in google search the background of the developers and its product then you will know if it is worth to invest.

Tools? I don't actually know any kind of tools to determine whether an ICO is good or not. And I also think no one invented it yet, so for now, the best tools is your perspective on the real world and the world of cryptocurrency. Yourself is your only tool so don't waste time finding any kind of tools to support yourself. First, you must ultimately understand that ICO, like, their main objective? how can it help us? what is the new and unique characteristics of it etc..  Let your questions be answered by reading all information about that project and also the response of their community can contribute a lot in your decision.  So Goodluck!

My the most preferrable tool for starting of my research about any new ICO is ICOBench.com. I like their rating system when you are able to see different analysts scores. But there are a lot of projects which are absent there. In this case I start directly from the announce thread here at this forum.

I think there is no tool to find out the best ICO, ICO is similar to ipo, it is a high risk investment, no one can tell if it is promising or not before it comes true. So do waste time to find that tool, do your homework and make your decision.
