i think the concept of paying for learning is really good, because we all know that when it comes to education is always in relation with "how strong can you pay" and with jobs opportunity also link with education background and experiences but still education are being seen as a way out of poverty and also as a preparation of entering adulthood life, so the concept of paying you for learning should be seen as a good and "out of the box" concept
