Hi
Is anyone have troubles withdraw money from Cloudbet? I requested withdrawal a week ago but did not received anything yet. Wrote a few mails to the support but without any positive result. Support can not say anything useful except: "We understand that you want to receive your winnings as quickly as possible which is why we aim to have your withdrawal on its way to you as soon as we can. I have escalated this to our payment team and they will get back to you as soon as possible."

P.S. I've opened topic about my problem with Cloudbet (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2571860.msg26196709#msg26196709) but do not sure if I've choosed right sub-forum.

The topic you created actually is in the right section.
I was able to withdraw my winnings some days ago and didn't have any problems at all with their site. Is your withdrawal pending / got a TXiD already? Or does just nothing happen?

Withdrawal have status "Pending" about 7 days.

Once I saw this post, I told this to my friend and he is currently withdrawing his winnings from them though it is only a very small amount. Have you tried posting this into their ANN thread (if there's any)? Things like these is quite scary especially when they are not announcing any reason behind the delay. Hopefully, they are just having some issues on their end and will be fixed in a few hours. Lets keep updated here for more information.

my last withdrawal was on like late November and it was close to 0.03 , took me like 2 hours to receive the withdrawal last time as I remember
IDK about the situation right now , maybe all the players are suffering the same problem
cloudbet hasn't been active in the forums since late October , so better just to wait since they are replying to support that's a good sign

Cloudbet have withdrawal issues from really long time specially when it comes for higher amounts like yours. They might lock your account and refuse your withdrawal in the name of suspicious activity after some time.

I have left them about a year ago after getting one of my withdrawal pending for more than a week.

I dealt with cloud bet one time and i had a similar issue as you are having when i try to withdrawal. What is funny is whe i spoke to them i got " mark " to assist me as well. So either one person doing it all or they all named mark. I was able to get my funds out but it took me almost 2 weeks of checking in every other day.

They even stopped answer me via email. I don't really know if I can get back my money at all  Cry Cloudbet definitely is a scammers and I don't know why it have good rating at this site!

It seems Cloudbet is really a fraud site. I one of the 'lucky' who requested withdrawal but did not get any coin from this scammers. I sent them a few mail but could't get any useful information about terms of withdrawal or reason why my order has 'Pending' status more than 2 weeks.

I would be grateful to any suggestion what can I do in this situation to get money back (I have 0,4945 BTC at Cloudbet but tried to withdraw only half of it).

Yes I got it at end but after than I just left them and haven't used them since than. You might eventually get your money back if your account is not blocked till now.
