BTC and CHF money supply

There is much talk about the crypto-mania.
But some central banks do create money to sell it on international markets.
Actually it's not very different than a Bitcoin miner selling BTC's...
Here is a concrete case with the Swiss Franc (CHF) with a chart 2009 - now (end 2017).
