Mining Profitability Index?

Does anyone know of a resource keeping track of mining profitability across all coins?

I haven't heard of such a service before but was thinking of getting back into mining and the thought came to mind.

Ideally if there was a mining pool which provided me with metrics such as:
-profitability across all coins
-mining difficult progression rate

and had an automated feature to switch between most profitable coins.
