Dear friends, in january 2018 we launch a project of a etherium-based smart contract in a cannabis industry in Spain. We invite you to invest to a growing industry of a legal marijuana consumption and to become a player in our international team. We would sign all ours obligations and responsibilities into a smart contract instead of issuing one more new token.
We offer 25% of each future purchase of marijuana in four our clubs in a most popular spanish resorts, Balearic islands.

Area
From 1992 Spain is on the way of a full legalisation of marijuana. We would be a part of it’s legal turnover. Blockchain is the most capable way to a maximum business transparency and effectivity. All our activities will be transparent for investors and government authorities.

Essence
We growing an organic cannabis and sell it via own clubs. All the accounting occurs via blockchain, and members of our club pay with etherium. Clubs based onboard of a 4 sailing yachts  in Barcelona, Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca.

To achieve this goal we going to attract  600 000 euros of investments.
Investment period has 2 stages.
At the moment we have a proper plot of agricultural land of 15 000 sq. m on Menorca and a high qualified team of specialists in cultivation, promotion, management and international relations.

Why blockchain?
To comply with legal requirements. With the implementation of the blockchain infrastructure we will be able to keep a more accurate records of the registrations of a new members and a records of consumption for each member. Our customers are smokers who visit Spain as a tourist. Our ambassador team will work to accept a new members of the club without personal presence and until the tourist crossed the Spanish border. Blokchain will greatly simplify our business.

Profit for investors
Investors of the first stage, until the end of December 2017 will get 25% of each buyers purchase. Smart contract will prescribe time and algorithm of a payouts.
Investors of the second stage will get 20% of each buyers purchase.

Numbers
With a investment of 600,000 euros we will surely get a 500 kg of high quality organic marijuana. With a gross price of 6,00 euros per gramm it’s 3,000,000 euros.
Second-stage investors will get 600,000 euros of profit in a first year.

We announce a quite pessimistic calculation and financial forecast and believe in optimistic.
Local legislation allow us to have 150 kg of marijuana for each club. We open 4.
So 150 kg x 4 clubs = 600 kg x 6000 euros = 3,600,000 euros including 720,000 euros for second-stage investors.

We are going to return investment costs during the first 18 months of the project.

Really? I dont know that cannabis in Spain is legal. Great. Do you have coffeshops like in Amsterdam? What the average price of 1 cig with Cannabis? It is really intersting that we have one more location where it leglized

Smoking in Spain is legal (the story started in 1992). The limitations are about smoking in a public spaces and selling. Selling could be only realize inside Consumer’s clubs and not with money directly, but by paying a “club bonuses” which could be changed to marijuana. It’s not equal to Amsterdam coffeshops, but very close.
