you can buy bitcoins on ebay, there are many 100% positive feedback members selling them. Have any of you guys used ebay to buy bitcoins?

I have, twice, but only very small amounts. First guy sent it to me within 24hr. Second guy took five days to deliver AND that was only AFTER I searched and found his private email and said "send my btc today or I will trash your 100% ebay rating." He had promised to deliver within 24hrs.

I don't think that it is allowed to use ebay/paypal for bitcoin stuff. Probably forbidden by TOS.
And it is very risky / expensive ...

Buying is less risky than selling



Selling very risky unless you know or can trust the person 100% as then can do a charge back via paypal after you have sent coins. Paypal forbids its use for cryptos so it will side with the buyer in any dispute.
