Is the power distribution panel 3 phase as well? If so here's the math
Watts / volts x 1.732
that's how you get amperage draw if you place a single miner across each phase
1400w / 240 x 1.732 = 10.1 amps
400 / 10.1 = 39.6
39 (round down) x 3 = 117 miners

I searched through the forum and below is my understanding
150kVA, assuming pf =1, and 80% for continuous load = 120kW
120kW/1400W = 85 miners
I have seen people done it the other way around
150kVA is connected to 400A 240V 3 phase panel.
400A * 240V * 1.732 = 166,272 watt
with 80% for continuous load = 133kW
133kW / 1400W = 95 miners
