ASICMINER Direct Shares
The shop is under heavy development right now

Hello, I am selling alot of ASICMINER direct shares for a fixed price percentage to the current ASICMINER-PT (BTCT) shares price at the time of purchasing.

This is not an auction, The shares in stock will be replenished over time. You can buy at any time and the shares will be transferred to you as soon as possible.

How to buy shares and how this works:
In order to buy shares just send the payment directly to this address: 1CNWk5mzMX2URqAjUNFcHBxJBSc81RcZYT The price at the time of the payment is always the first line (“Amount”) of this page here plus 1.5% premium (They are direct shares and not PT). BlockChain.info is used to determine the time of the payment hence how many shares did you buy at which price. You may (Preferably) PM me the email address after the payment to associate with your shares (Signed message to prove your identity is required!)

Current Pass Through Shares Price:
The first entry on this page here (https://btct.co/api/tradeHistory/ASICMINER-PT?range=all)

Premium Percentage: 1.5%

Currently in Stock: 257 Direct Shares

Payment Address: 1CNWk5mzMX2URqAjUNFcHBxJBSc81RcZYT

Escrow: If you would pay the escrow fees, I am okay John, TAT or other awesome guys.

Although I sympathize with your idea of filling a market need, please elaborate the following points which I think are critical for this offer:

1) Have you talked this through with friedcat? Direct share transfer processing is a courtesy by the management of bitfountain and not a right of shareholders.
2) You need to apply pay-to-contract methodology, i.e. give buyers a contract before payment. Otherwise, if you change the terms or a dispute arises they have nothing to show to friedcat.

Interesting. It certainly seems the need for such a go-to service starts to grow.

Premium is a bit high for me, but good luck anyway.

This is not well-conceived. I suggest you reconsider.

I think this is a good idea in theory. Definitely fills a market gap.

But it seems like it needs a bit of refinement. Also, as Jutarul said, it would be important to get Friedcat's tick of approval for this kind of service.

Thank you all for your posts and feedback.

1) No I have not. I have transferred a lot of shares and pmed friedcat for them. But yes I agree I should ask him about this thread to make sure he is okay with it. I am planning to use the format he is comfortable with like I did several times and give him the transfer requests in chunks. Thank you for this suggestion

2) How about a general signed contract. I will make it, sign it and add it to the OP. I will make sure it is non-disputable and very clear.

- Yes there is an escrow section. Unless you meant something else which I don't think the quote is appropriate for

Lowered to 5%, I agree and I lowered it a bit. This time it is fair, in my opinion.

- Ok, I am working on making it more refined. Thank you for the feedback and please suggest whatever comes to your mind.

What's the benefit of buying shares from you, vs just buying them on btc-tc and asking them to be transferred to direct shares? If anything, I'd expect you to be selling shares at a discount to btc-tc prices, not a premium!

selling shares at a discount to btc-tc - correct. I can login anytime now to buy at btc-tc (market price). Your service is only useful if we are talking about securities at mpex.co

PT shares have lower limit to be transferred to direct shares. Please carefully read the contracts of the PT.

The difference between PT and direct shares was extensively discussed allover the forums.

Thank you for your input and feedback

Asicminer PT on BTC-TC

"One transfer OUT OF ASICMINER-PT will be processed free once per month per account.  Subsequent transfers within the same month OUT OF ASICMINER-PT are subject to a fee of 0.25 BTC for transfers of 49 shares or less.

Transfers OUT OF ASICMINER-PT are always free for any transfer of 50 shares or more.

Transfers IN TO ASICMINER-PT from elsewhere are free for any size transfer."

Both AM-1 on Havelock and Asicminer-PT allow unlimited imports, and one free export per month.  Still don't see why people would pay for the premium for you, all the direct shares I've bought have been at a discount to market price.   But best of luck!

He is selling Direct shares only. The "benefit" would simply be providing an easy go to place for people who want to buy Direct shares, as opposed to searching in the forum for owners willing to sell, or people who don't wan't / can't go through such trouble.

For his service of simply being available, he charges a premium.

Nothing to do with btc-tc which holds PT shares.

Why are you bumping? Have you gotten a response from Friedcat? Would be good to get that before continuing.

;)The Premium is a bit high IMO, I intend to buy more than 100 shares of AM in the next few weeks, if the premium is negotiable then it would be nice to trade with u

Yes I will reconsider the premium amount and I will verify with friedcat if this thread is okay.
