SteamBits.com failing to deliver for 4 days

So, I wanted to buy a $20 Steam Wallet Gift Card on 13th of July 2013, got this Email: https://i.imgur.com/Lzi977M.png and did exactly what they wanted ( https://i.imgur.com/GgC2dhw.png ).
I even wrote on their support Email address twice (on 15th and 16th), and got no response. So, I'm posting here, on the possibly biggest Bitcoin-related forum hoping they'll notice, or at least to warn their potential customers. Thank you for your attention.
