I have a similar story! I purchased ETH when it was 160, at that point it raised 400 however after that costs go down and when it was 220, I sold it. Presently it's almost 1200 and words can't portray how frustrated I feel.

I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

You can never really time the market, only traders who do trade for a living have better grasp of market dynamics.
I have the same dilemma but I learned to take something out of crypto once in a while or every quarter.
