This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.

Worry not my friend, you are not alone. I too have made mistakes of the like in my stay here in the crypto world. In fact, failed a lot more than you did, so don't be too hard on yourself man. everything happens for a reason and I am pretty sure that someday you will be able to make it right. At least by that failure you have learned a valuable lesson that you will be able to use when you face the same situation here in this industry. Failing countless times is not the end of the world if you are still breathing. Relax and take your time to reflect on your mistakes and then go back out there again and win. Thats why you need to follow the HODL startegy. It will bring peace and patience in you. What you are suffering from is panic selling disease. You should invest in a coin with strong fundamentals and a good dev team and forget about the coin for some time. Only check the price once in a while.
