If you are certain that your deposit address at the exchange is 3AMGqLiwAbR7oiSN4mki2B32ZpsywLW4NR, then the exchange has your money.
If they are not showing it to you on their website, then that is a problem at the exchange.  You will need to contact the exchange, only they can help you.
