renting out 1Gh/s blocks for $300 per month for first month  $275  if you buy 2  $250 for 3 and $225 for longer then 4. i think the prices are fair to me the seller and you the buyer as you can make some money and i can pay for my power + make a few$ up  fount.  is their any interests to in this?

i can come down $25 a month cant come down any lower i don't think you will find any cheaper then this.

Price is not fair. For 1 GH/s your get 0.66 BTC/day with current difficulty, 1 BTC = $11.5 now, i.e. about $230 per month.
