Richiesta prelievo sabato 9 dicembre 2017, ad oggi ancora "in process",ho aperto ticket e inviato email al supporto chiedendo quanti giorni si aspettano per chiudere la verifica sul prelievo. E questa e' stata la loro risposta:

Due to current surge in demand, SEPA and wire withdrawals are taking extra time to process.
