Jaxx wallet - can`t withdraw

Hello,

I am sure someone had similar problem in past and might help me with an answer. Thing is I can`t widthraw BTC from jaxx wallet. but Zcash I can widthraw no problem, only btc stays...

Let me know IF you had similar problem and how you solve this? What is the reason this happens?

What's the error message you're getting? Jaxx give you control over private keys I believe, you could always export them and sweep them into Electrum or Coinomi.

What do you mean with btc stays? Is there an error that you're unable to send or you could send but it goes back to your balance? Contact their support to assist you further. They are also active in twitter answering concerns https://twitter.com/jaxx_support
