I see citizen of US and China can not participate in ICO. That's too bad since they are top two of World's Top Tourism Spenders.

In white paper it is written that the system is designed to reimburse tax expenses. I wonder what kind of taxes are we talking about? Is not the work with crypto currency due to the fact that people do not want to pay taxes at all?
