I need personal bank accounts with Internet banking, a Visa or similar and Maestro and/or Cirrus debit cards ion the state currency in my name in the following states:

• Turkmenistan

The bank must not be owned by a foreign native person or legal entity. If possible, the bank should not have any offices in other countries. Each bank account needs to be set up inside the respective state by the bidder who must be a citizen of that state and no other.

I am a citizen of the Republic of Croatia and reside in the Republic of Croatia.

The Republic of Croatia blocked all of my bank accounts and confiscated all of my money after I finally managed to publish Cat out of the Bag 1, 1st Revision as I paid for the domain and hosting in the Republic of Austria (declared neutrality in 1955) by bank transfer from my bank account. As I did not die from starvation within a few weeks, government operatives broke down my door and beat me about 4 weeks later.

Also, I have been attacked by police several times the last few weeks as:

Want the Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb ruling from the next day that I am released to defend myself from liberty?

There might be an INTERPOL notice on me for unauthorized access to computer systems and/or conspiracy to commit espionage by the Republic of Serbia and/or the United States of America (USA). The latter act carries a possible death sentence in both. Under Article 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, I can be extradited to neither from the territory of the Republic of Croatia. why not search for them yourself? if you are afraid of people spying on you, use tor. there are so many respected newspapers in germany alone, wikileaks, and if you want all of the newspapers in a country, there are metanews: in germany it's the deutsche presse agentur short dpa. send them your story, maybe they will publish it in light of the recent joining of croatia and the doubts in terms of corruption etc.
