I have just read about IOTA,Its not bad at first glance.The price was increased about 200% and its It's amazing.IOTA Developers are going to make micro payments easy and cheap,Thats why i think price will increase  in the future,because IOTA is so competetive coin and people will start using this if developers do everything to make it special coin,despite the fact this coin is not blockchain-based technology,Its tangle technology as i know and the success of this coin depends on people,if more and more people involve in this network,Transactions will be faster.
Also My choice is Stellar (XLM) Wich is more promising than ripple in my opinion,But I watch more at traditional coins as Litecoin,Ethereum Classic and others.

Adding to the above reply, Litecoin and Ethereum is one among the top growing altcoins. Litecoin has grown 85% in a single day this month and was is constant. Ethereum performs a overall high growth.

A lot of talk about coins that have been pumping recently. How about OMG which hasn't moved in some time? Or Walton of the smaller cap ones?

My pick and also the safest is Neo. Massive moon potential if China says they require it for ICO's (compliance #1 for Neo). If not, solid gains expected anyway as the smart economy progresses.

NEM... what brought me most of my crypto riches from a stake way back when. I still hold some of this. Fast transaction time, proof of importance, low fees, fast transactions (assuming your exchange doesn't require 20 confirmations)

The size of the blockchain is one of the limiting factors to making things work well. This addresses that problem.

Wagerr.  After reading more into this one I am going to hold it instead of sell it. They plan to ditch the waves token format and start their own proof of stake blockchain in the coming month or two. Good name, reasonably strong development team, it's gambing and gambling is a big untapped market, and it's cheap.

Ark. They have too much going on to explain in a couple of sentences. Dig into their thread and see for yourself. I like their transparency. The team members are all listed right there. This one is delegated
 proof of stake with 7 second block times and fast transactions.

I'm still in the research phase so I'll be looking at other people's listing in this thread, particularly ones with a market cap under $100M. I like to throw $5 to $15K in my altcoin investments I think might be 10 baggers or better. I'm focused on scalability, privacy, active development teams, and low market caps. I don't need to give another investing 101 lesson but price of a coin doesn't matter. It's price times total number of coins equals market cap. The lower the market cap, the easier it is to go up many time's your purchase price.  These are also less liquid which makes it harder to purchase large amounts in a short period of time at a good price.

I like your picks, am super bullish on Xtrabytes... also really like Wagerr.

Two of my small cap favorites that I urge you to look into my friend.... Shift and Blocknet .. also Rise has just been slowing chugging along but im not sure about the dev team on that one.

Waves is indeed one of the most popular coins of the digital currencies after bitcoin among altcoins. Bitcoin is the one which is famous because it is oldest currency in the crypto market and I know this waves will soon stand next to bitcoin.

Keep buying waves at cheap rates when the coin is going through some serious dumps and keep it in wallets until and unless this altcoin goes through some good pump.

The most promising coin for me will be Minexcoin (MNX) if it hits a big exchange.
MNX grew from 1$ to 30$ in a month and now is stable at 30$ it will easily increase to 50$+ in 2018.
Otherwise, Ripple, Waves and Power Ledger will all have a great 2018.

I have minex too and I always check the price and I am glad that the price reaches $30 now. it is the right decision I made to invest on minex because actually, I don't expect to reach the profit from minex. ripple and waves are another good coins too and for ripple, I think the price will hit more than $1 and I hope we can see in the last December. I still hold my waves and at the same time, I am doing a lease on other website so I think it will increase too.

In addition to this I think XEM will join the trend and go even higher. It is a good choice of investment that I believe will boom next year, all good altcoins will surely pump. Be patient, Hold and enjoy your big profit later on.
