[ANN] epools bad behavior last week

just wanted to post a follow-up about recent epools bad behavior:
- we had several ddos attacks (which had a small effect due to ddos protection, but it caused a bit of downtime anyway)
- we had suffered a stratum software bugs, which led to several hangups which totals to about 6 hours for the last 5 days.
- another stratum bug was causing alot of rejected shares, which was resolved just now.
- while i was investigating & fixing those issues, mining port was continuously resetting (restarting stratum server) so you could see alot of 'connection interrupted' messages
- to keep people posted about that stuff in one place, i've fired up a blog for epools ( http://blog.epools.org )

i am sorry for the inconvenience caused. there was alot of work done to fix that stuff and i am happy to say that those problems are gone by now. if you still feel that something is wrong do not hestitate to contact me at this thread or by PM or chatting at http://blog.epools.org

hope we can still trust each other and do some great job mining those promising altcoins.

lky pool is temporary switched off to save some resources while noone was mining there anyway due to a high lky diff.
i'll get it back on within a few days.

I have started using several of your pools and I have liked them so far. I had noticed some of the issues going on. Is there anything going on to compensate those of us that lost out due to the downtime? If not, that's ok, I'm just glad your pools are back up and thanks for making the franko coin pool. I had just been looking into that coin.

Sorry to say, I can't compensate those as pool wasn't getting any coins either that time
