Basically it´s not very different to PRE-ICO´s or ICO´s you will now get as early investors the same amount of coins as if you are one of the first investors of an PRE ICO except of bonuses.

i did 2 transactions yesterday, both for 200k btcgo, got 31.901 from the first transaction & 0.003 from the second one.
and yes, the total gas price for both transactions is silly, $8.1 lol

Okay. You only have to click on that specific custom order and buy, check if you have enough ETH in your Wallet to pay for gas and check if you have enough ETH in Etherdelta to confirm order correctly.
