If I understood corectly, you have multiple addresses and want to spend the coins from a specific address, right?

If that's right, you can:
1. Enable the Addresses tab by going to "View" -> "Show Addresses";
2. Go to the Addresses tab, right click the address which coins you want to spend and select "Spend From";
3. You should see in the "Send" tab that Electrum has put all the coins from the specific address in the "From" field.
4. Now you are good to spend them!
