I've been to japan and MT.GOX doenst rent that huge building anymore. It looks like they  a lot of money trouble? (bankrupt??)

They had this nice office in this high tower building but the office isnt there anymore. I talked to the facility manager and he told me that they couldnt pay the rent anymore. He gave me the new adress of g0x and its in a small house. ( a typical one family house on the landside)

This account was hacked and used to promote a scam ICO. IF the ICO is not scam, they still used a hacked account

Actually registering properly in all 50 US states is tremendously expensive.  When you need to make a huge upfront expenditure, tightening your belt is the best way to do it.  Would you prefer they take out huge loans?

Pics, evidence, proof?

Going to assume this is a scare tactic to lower the price so you can get some cheap coins.
