We thinked at the lottery prices in the next way : there won't be as much tickets sold per hour as they will be per week , so to make hourly and daily lottery winnings atractive we increased the price , so even if there would be sold 1000 hourly tickets there will be a profit of 25000 satoshi for first place .

Many people suggested to freebitco.in site admin to reduce house edge but he refuses to do it. They will learn a lesson only when there is a competition. I have questions about your bonus
here is an abstract from your TOS:

When you claim a bonus, an equivalent amount is deducted from your account balance and the amount+bonus is transferred to a bonus account. how is 0.05=0.002*100?  it is 0.2 if my math is correct
also if you claim a bonus of 0.01 for example,you are deducted 0.01 from your balance and given 0.01 as bonus
resulting in 0.02 total bonus funds
ok,so you have to wager 0.02*100 i.e. 2 bitcoins to get credited 0.02 right?

First of all you can randomize client seed but you can't put your own client seed - which is purpose of client seed in first place.
