Somehow I still have a one-post every 6 mins limitation, anyway know why and how to get rid of? some of my friends do not have this restrictions

It's reduced to ~60 seconds after you meet both of the following conditions:
- You have 16 posts.
- The time since your first post is greater than 14 days.
At the time of this writing, logging in counts as a "post". I will fix this.

Although 1 post and you can put links in signature has to be looked at, too.

It also thinks I try to post if I mess up the captcha.......so when I get it wrong, it takes me 6 more minutes to get the post/PM gone.
