GDAX account settings

Does anyone know what does these "Up" and "Down" button do? (link below) GDAX site never mentioned what they do. There is nothing if you hover your mouse over. I am worried if they do something I do not expect, so I never tried them. Thanks.

I haven't tried the exchange but It's most likely for withdrawal and depositing or re-ordering the accounts. If it's something that could affect the account badly, they will most likely ask you for a confirmation when you click.
