Binance Review!! Beware of This Asian Cryptocurrency Exchange Scam!

Beware using Binance Support is non support. Been lock out of my account for quite some time now. Started trading here few months back. So placed some hard earn money here. Binance stands for “Binary” or “Bit” and “Finance”, it means what we are doing combines digital technology and Finance. When I tried hard to get them to support me getting back into my account this is what they sent me in return and goes unresolved as of now. This is what there support said and then closed tickets.

? No Help Bad Business!

Update: for all the ones that posted here. Siding with these scammers. Im not the only one that has been lock out with no results. Been to the telegram every one is complaining about no results or poor results. Im losing coins as in money because of binance poor customer support. No reason for me not to be able login to my account. Dont have this problem with other platforms. When i did they resolve it ASAP. Many post same problem all over online. They have true problems. And I learn the hard way.

Before calling them scam maybe you should track back for yourself on what did you do on why your account get banned on binance and you can't please their support to take some action on your problem since there are so many support tickets sended on them on daily basis and I am sure your ticket are been burried, So try to reach them up again so that they will work with it since I think Binance is great exchange site and have a huge whales,daily huge volumes.

I think their support try to help you in telegram support that more actively answer your question and more quicker.
Why dont you try to join and asking your probleem in telegram group? I think if after join they still can not help mean they are really not helping at all.

if just because you are not getting a response from the support team you call them scams then 90% of the exchanges are scams because you will experience the same with them too. most of them are too big to care what their users think, for example poloniex doesn't give a shit if someone is not satisfied with their service because they will come back and there are still a lot of others who are trading there. bittrex doesn't give  a shit anymore because they stole a lot of money from a lot of people and people are still going back to their exchange. bitfinex is still working despite getting hacked (allegedly) and people still go back to it even though they lose a lot of money.

I said this in another topic, I say it here again we need decentralized exchanges specially when we are talking about trading cryptos against each other. our lives will become so much simpler if we had some good decentralized exchanges and we started using them more. that will also force the centralized ones to try and become better to be able to compete and prevent the volume they will be losing.

Very good general answer and I agree with it 100%. We need decentralized exchanges and we need them fast. Etherdelta is slow as hell and trades only in ETH tokens but lately I find myself visiting it more and more. It has actually became my preferred way to trade tokens like OMG.

Have you contacted them through telegram as they said?
Their support via telegram is very good. I once had issues with my 2fa which would not allow me to withdraw my coins. But it was resolved.
You could try following all instructions before calling them scam.

Did you get resolved ? Binance is the best exchange right now (and no I am not affiliated with them) but the fact that you dont need verification, low fees and so many new coins - best exchange right now
